1)An option to warn players without fining them. 2)Option to move to other clubs when they sack their manager or be approached by other teams. 3)The option to loan players in or out, for a negotiated price and also players refusing to leave. 4)Realistic, limited transfer window duration. 5)Individual or team (positional)training options to aid faster skill improvement and injury recovery. 6)More difficult press questions to affect ratings I must say that, "no matter what other football games I play. I always end up playing CM in the end". I don't really know what further improvement can be made to this great game. Wolfhound

I got Bolton into the top 4 in their first season, it wasnt that hard but it didnt effect my income at all! Board just made my wage budget bigger when it didnt need to be, infact my outgoings increased because my players were earning more being in a more succesful club. Not good when your gate reciepts are a measly 0.3m a week!
